Returns & Refunds
You may return most new, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. There is a 25% restocking fee. If you need to return an item, simply shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us that you'd like a refund. You can then return your items to:

Please include your order number so we know who to refund the money to.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund and you'll receive a notification email. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
We exchange items that arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your purchase for a new item, send us an email at email@example.com and we'll be glad to help you out.
Late Or Missing Refunds
You should expect to receive your refund within 7 - 10 business days of us receiving the item back. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
